9:30-12:00 动物实验室，练习切口，撕囊术和在死眼睛上进行缝合
9:30-12:00 Practise incision, capsulorhexis and suture on dead eyes in the animal laboratory.
12:00-2:00 手术展示(观察&手术)在手术展示时，学员将观察资深的手术医生或学员的手术。他们将会看到并发症及他们的处理。在严格的监督下，辅助医生至少进行一例ECCE/SICS手术。在展示能力过程中，撕囊术、Hydroproceedure等将被评估。
12:00-2:00 Operational demonstration (observation & operation) Trainees can observe the operation conducted by experienced surgeons or students in the course of demonstration. They will see the complication and proper treatment. Under strict supervision, they can conduct at lease one case of ECCE/SICS operation supported by the surgeon. During the ability demonstration, the capsulorhexis and hydroproceedure will be assessed.
2:00-5:00 图书馆学习读书，看VDO,学员将在RMO病房区看到白内障手术病人。他们将在显微镜裂隙灯下观察至少5例SICS/超乳。他们也将处理至少2/3例在SICS/超乳手术中的并发症。
2:00-5:00 Studying and reading in the library, watching VDO. Trainees can see the cataract operating patients in the RMO ward area. They will observe at lease 5 cases of SICS/ultrasonic emulsification operation under the microscopic slit lamp, and also handle at least 2/3 cases of complication occurred in the SICS/ultrasonic emulsification operation by themselves.
第二周
Week 2
8：00-9:30 查房&讲座——学员们将对超乳和SICS手术后的患者进行观察诊断。每天他们必须在裂隙灯下观察至少5例并发症。他们将要按照日程表参加讲座。
8:00-9:30 Ward round & lecture – trainees will observe and diagnose the patient after ultrasonic emulsification and SICS operation. They must observe at least 5 cases of complication under the split lamp everyday and attend the lecture required by the agenda.
9:30-12:00——第一天至第三天 在监督下，学员们将亲自动手进行一例ECCE-IOL手术。
9:30-12:00 – the first day to the third day. Trainees will conduct one case of ECCE-IOL operation by themselves under supervision.
第四天至第六天 学员们将动物实验室里练习学习Phacodynamics(晶状体 动力学)。
The fourth day to the sixth day. Trainees will practise Phacodynamics in the animal laboratory.
12:00-2:00 在3号手术室进行参观和手术，学员将在预留房里参观当地麻醉的过程，然后在手术室里参观ECCE&SICS和超乳手术。学员将单独地演示一些SICS手术(在辅导者的介绍下)
12:00-2:00 Pay visits and do operation in the No.3 operating room. Trainees will pay a visit to the local anesthesia in the preparation room and then ECCE & SICS and ultrasonic emulsification in the operating room. They will also demonstrate some parts of SICS operation one by one (following the instruction of the tutor).
2:30-5:00 在图书馆学习&查房——学员将在图书馆观看有关超声乳化的VDO和阅读这方面的书籍、杂志等。
2:30-5:00 Studying in the library & ward round – trainees will watch VDO related to the ultrasonic emulsification and read books or magazines in this regard in the library.
第三周
Week 3
8:00-9:30 查房&讲座——学员将在预留房里参观当地麻醉的过程，在手术室里观察ECCE&SICS病人。
8:00-9:30 Ward round & lecture – trainees will stay in the preparation room to learn the process of local anesthesia and observe ECCE&SICS patients in the operating room.
9:30-12:00 超声乳化手术步骤/观察
9:30-12:00 Ultrasonic emulsification procedures / observation
学员开始学习超声乳化手术步骤：1 切口制作 2 连续环形撕囊 3超核 4吸出皮质与水分离 5植入晶体
Trainees will start learning the ultrasonic emulsification with procedures: 1. incision making; 2. continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis; 3. supernucleus; 4. absorb out the cortex and separate with water; 5. lens implantation.
12:00-2:00 动物实验室

学员将在动物实验室里练习学习Phacodynamics.
Trainees will study and practise Phacodynamics in the animal laboratory.
学员通过在动物眼上重复地进行练习以提升他的技能。
They will repeat the practice on the animal eyes to improve their skills.
2:30-5:00 图书馆学习&查房
2:30-5:00 Library studying & ward round
学员将在图书馆观看有关超声乳化的VDO和阅读这方面的书籍、杂志等。
Trainees will watch VDO related to the ultrasonic emulsification and read books or magazines in this regard in the library.
第四周
Week 4
8:00-9:30 查房&讲座
8:00-9:30 Ward round & lecture
学员将在预留房里参观当地麻醉的过程，在手术室里观察ECCE&SICS病人。
Trainees will stay in the preparation room to learn the process of local anesthesia and observe ECCE&SICS patients in the operating room.
9:30-12:00 在严格监督下进行超声乳化手术
9:30-12:00 Conduct the ultrasonic emulsification under strict supervision
学员将在监督下演示超声乳化手术。任何在手术中出现的问题都会被辅导者处理好。
Trainees will demonstrate the ultrasonic emulsification under supervision. Problems arising from the operation will be well treated by the tutor.

9:30-1:00 独立进行超声乳化手术
9:30-1:00 Conduct the ultrasonic emulsification independently
学员将独立演示超声乳化手术。万一有问题出现，辅导者会帮忙处理。
Trainees will demonstrate the ultrasonic emulsification independently. The tutor will assist in handling any problems.
1:00-2:00 动物实验室
