2003年公司在昆明，举办了云南省眼科行业白内障动物实验培训课程，此课程为来自云南偏远地区的基层医院培养了大批手术业务技能人才。
A training course concerning the cataract animal experiment in the ophthalmology industry of Yunnan province was held by the company in Kunming in 2003, providing a number of skilled operating talents for the primary hospitals in the remote areas of Yunnan.
2009年06月11日——12日，公司携手云南省医学会眼科分会，在昆明市海鸥大酒店召开了“云南省白内障超声乳化技术规范管理培训班”。此次会议由昆明海蓝企业管理咨询有限公司独家赞助。
